All users are required to create an account before they will have access to submit a “New Support Ticket” or have the ability to “Check Ticket Status”.
Ticket status can be viewed by visiting https://support.lazarusentertainment.com or by visiting the link provided in ticket creation confirmation email.
Step 1: Visit https://support.lazarusentertainment.com and Login.
Step 2: Select "Check Ticket Status" or by selecting the "Tickets" tab.
Selecting the Ticket title will open the individual ticket to view full ticket information and updates.
Tickets can be updated by entering information in the section at the bottom of the tickets notes section. Tickets can also be updated by replying to update notification emails as well.
If a ticket is not listed in your ticket queue, change your ticket status filter to view all tickets.
