All users are required to create an account before they will have access to submit a “New Support Ticket” or have the ability to “Check Ticket Status”.


Step 1: Visit https://support.lazarusentertainment.com and select the “Sign Up” button.




Step 2: Provide your Name and Work Email address. 

Step 3: Check your work email and verify your email account.

Step 4: Follow the link to create a password and activate the account.

Once the account has been activated, the user dashboard will then be accessible.
